Sept 05
- Buctouche Dunes (from St Edouard de Kent)
Small turnout (3) for this nearly 12km paddle.
We did maybe half the dune, which considering the wave action (not serious but
from the East) and wind (from the West, again not serious but there were gusts),
it became a workout.
Sept 13 - Cape Tormentine to Confederation Bridge
Only 4 showed up for this roughly 6.5km paddle. OK, the winds may have put some
off.
Rough estimate they were running 24km/h to 30+km/h.
We decided to just head over to the Cape Jourimain lighthouse and approaching
low tide meant we couldn't paddle too close to shore to get out of the winds.
